What is a ChiBallTM?

 
 
 


A ChiBall is used throughout the class as a visual prop and self-massage tool. Based on Colour and Aroma Therapies, the ChiBalls come in six different colours and are impregnated with matching aromatherapy oils, assisting in the healing and calming experience of the class.

ChiBall Colours and fragrances are used for their mood enhancing effect:


  1. Red for energy, stamina, passion and vitality. Cinnamon to relieve physical and emotional exhaustion and depression. It stimulates the circulation, aids digestion and is emotionally warming.

  2. Orange for confidence, playfulness and spontaneity, happiness and joy. Sweet Orange helps us express physical enjoyment and promotes self-confidence, courage, positive mental outlook and creativity.

  3. Yellow for personal power, self worth, self-knowledge, self-discipline and courage. Lemongrass refreshes, fortifies and enlivens the spirit, brings concentration and focus to the mind and disperses emotional confusion.

  4. Green for abundance, love, friendships, wealth and good health. Geranium balances, nurtures, soothes the spirit and helps us to feel stable, tranquil and secure in life.

  5. Blue to restore courage, resourcefulness and will-power. Juniper Berry helps dissolve fear, boosts our sense of self-worth, consolidates our will power and restores Kidney chi (energy).

  6. Purple for peace, inspiration, faith and recognition of our true nature. Lavender promotes calmness, serenity and harmony of the mind and spirit.

The ChiBall Method is something I am very passionate about because I, personally, have experienced its therapeutic and healing qualities.  Suffering from anxiety and depression, ChiBall has played an integral role in my recovery. After being discharged from hospital, I hoped to continue practicing ChiBall but was disappointed to discover that there were no ChiBall Instructors in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. This, however, inspired me to train in the Method and it has been the most amazing journey for me, allowing me to find my purpose, direction and an inner peace.
 
 The balance and calmness I feel after participating in a class is something that I cannot describe. I am so excited about sharing this unique modality with you so you too can experience its amazing benefits.
