The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn; the bird waits in the egg; and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities. -James Allen 1864 - 1912 Author - 'As a man thinketh"
MEDITATION TIP: You can meditate sitting or standing, even moving around. When focusing on each breath learn to notice your unfolding experience without judgement and with an open heart. Feel your physical sensations flow away by concentrating on your breathing.
