NEW!  Wellness Retreats for 1-2 people at The Centre


Need some time out to recharge your batteries? Join us for an extended stay at The Centre on a Wellness Retreat.

Set on 10 acres of bushland, The Centre offers the opportunity to relax in a tranquil environment.  We have regular visits from native fauna such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and koalas, and an abundance of birds, including cockatoos, wedge-tailed eagles and kookaburras.  

Included are daily yoga and meditation classes,  cooking classes (gluten free, dairy free, vegan) and all meals and snacks. There is plenty of time for you to relax, read a book by the fire, or go for a wander around our 10 acres of bushland.  Take a walk in the local countryside, soothe sore muscles in the infra-red sauna and enjoy a daily massage or reiki session

  • All meals and snacks, prepared as daily cooking classes.  We can accommodate any of your dietary needs (gluten or dairy free, vegan, food allergies or intolerances, etc).

  • Morning yoga classes.  As it is a small retreat, any modifications needed to suit your own health requirements can easily be made.  All equipment and mats are provided.

  • Evening restorative yoga / meditation class.

  • Use of The Centre's facilities including infra-red sauna, guest lounge, outdoor fire pit and sun lounges.

  • Our guest room has twin king single beds and its own semi-ensuite.  Linen, towels, robes, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer are included. 

  • daily 60 minute massage or reiki sessions, (or naturopathic consultations)

  • If you don't have a car, free transfers are available from Ballan railway station.

What to expect

Below is an example of our daily itineray.  A confirmed itinery will be sent to you prior to your retreat.

Day 1:

10am:        arrival/ settle into room

11.00 am:  cooking class

12.00 pm:  lunch

1.00 pm:    free time / massages / sauna / bush walk etc

6.00 pm:    cooking class

7.00 pm:    dinner

8.30 pm:    meditation class

Day 2:

7.30 am:    morning gentle yoga class

9.00 am:    breakfast

9.30am:     free time / massages / sauna / bush walk etc

..........  continues as for Day 1


minimum 2 night stay:  arrival 10am  / departure 11am *


1 person :    $820 for 2 nights (add additional nights for $375/night)

2 people:     $1080 for 2 nights - ie. $540pp (add additional nights for $495/night)


Each nightly fee includes accommodation (twin share), breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, daily morning and evening yoga/meditation classes, daily 60min massage/reiki and use of facilities.  All meals will be prepared as cooking classes.

*arrival/departure times are flexible and can be discussed when booking (eg. you may prefer an afternoon or evening arrival/departure)
