Womens Health Retreat: Understanding your hormones
At this stage all retreats have been cancelled. Once covid-19 restrictions have eased I will confirm dates for the rest of the year.
Learn about your hormones and what can be done naturally to support and balance. Included in the weekend:
Simple yoga and meditation exercises to help ease symptoms and deal with stress.
Naturopathic assessment, Information sessions, and Dietary guidelines to help balance your hormones (including cooking classes)
Plenty of free time to relax, and have a massage or treatment.
Create your own natural skincare products class.
PRIVATE GROUPS OF 4-8 people ARE WELCOME - just contact us with your preferred date.
All meals and snacks, prepared as daily cooking classes. We can accommodate any of your dietary needs (gluten or dairy free, paleo, food allergies or intolerances, etc).
Daily yoga/meditation classes. As it is a small retreat (MAX 8 participants) any modifications needed to suit your own health requirements can easily be made. All equipment and mats are provided.
Naturopathic assessment and discussions on women's hormonal issues and healthy eating to balance your hormones.
Make your own natural skin care products class.
Twin share or single room accommodation (includes linen, towels, robes & slippers)
All activities and classes are optional - if you would prefer to sleep in, go for a walk, have some time to yourself......the choice is yours.
If you don't have a car, free transfers are available from Ballan railway station.
Accommodation - The Farmhouse
Set on 10 acres of farmland, with lovely views of the local countryside, the house was built in the early 1900s and has been fully renovated with modern luxuries. Wake to the sound of kookaburras and the sight of kangaroos in the near distance. Take a stroll through the herb garden and orchard and meet our resident farm animals. We even have visits from other native wildlife such as echidnas and koalas, and a large variety of birds including rosellas, eagles and waterbirds on the dam.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood fire, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, games room with pool table, electric blankets and more.....
In summer enjoy a swim in the magnesium salt pool, whilst in winter warm up with a cuppa infront of the wood fire, or in the infra-red sauna.

Twin share : $390 per person
Single room: $490 per person
If you are attending on your own but have selected twin share accommodation, we will make sure you are sharing a room with someone of the same gender.
Extra nights accommodation can be arranged either side of your retreat (subject to availability). Twin share pricing $50 per person per night, single room $100 per person per night. Meals are not included, but can be arranged at an additional cost.

7.30 am: morning gentle yoga class
9.00 am: breakfast
9.30 am: Walk / activity
11.00 am: cooking class / healthy eating discussion
12.00 pm: lunch
1.00 pm: naturopathic consultations / massage / free time / rest
5.00 pm: Make your own skin care class
7.30 pm: dinner
9.00 pm: meditation class
If you would like some extra pampering on your retreat, all services from The Centre for mind, body & spirit are available. Please book your treatment prior to the retreat to facilitate scheduling for the retreat.

A booking deposit of $100 is required to secure your place.
Balance of payment due 28 days prior to retreat date.
