Wellness Day Retreats


Need some time out to recharge your batteries? Join us on a Wellness Day Retreat.


We begin the day with a gentle yoga and meditation class, followed by a cooking class (gluten free, dairy free, vegan) where we will prepare our lunch. Spend the afternoon relaxing with a book in front of the wood fire or in summer have a dip and soak up the sun by the magnesium salt swimming pool.  Take a walk or bike ride in the local countryside, soothe sore muscles in the infra-red sauna or book in an optional massage or reiki session (only $70 for a 1 hour treatment).   

This is a small group limitied to 5 participants.



9.30am: arrive

10am-11am: gentle yoga and meditation class

11am-1pm: cooking class and lunch

1 - 4pm: free time.
