'We had a winter weekend retreat. The farmhouse has modern amenities and beautifully furnished rooms. Sylvia is a wonderful host and provided beautiful food for us for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also catered vegan options. What I loved about the retreat was the flexibility to participate in yoga and meditation, or go for a leisurely country walk, but no pressure to do so. It is the perfect way to switch off from all the 'noise' and rest and relax'
